Techridge Lending is a private internal application operated by Tech Ridge Management LLC ("Techridge") for its own business records. It handles Techridge's own company data. It has no public users, collects no personal information from visitors, and shares no data with anyone outside Techridge.
The application performs read operations only against QuickBooks. It does not create, modify, or delete records there.
Solely to present Techridge's loan position to authorized Techridge staff and to generate an internal summary email. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, model training, or any purpose unrelated to managing Techridge's own loans.
Data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with third parties. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are embedded. Data is disclosed outside Techridge only where required by law.
Data is stored in the United States: in Cloudflare D1 (application data), in Google Workspace / Google Drive (documents), and on Techridge-controlled computers that run the scheduled synchronization. Credentials and access tokens for connected accounting systems are stored outside of source control with restricted access. Access to the application is limited to people Techridge authorizes.
Records are retained for as long as Techridge needs them for loan management and its own recordkeeping obligations. Cached accounting data is refreshed on each synchronization run and can be deleted and rebuilt from the books of record at any time.
An administrator of a connected QuickBooks Online company may disconnect the application at any time from within QuickBooks Online. Disconnection immediately ends further data retrieval for that company.
